What about DOE …
What about DOE employees’ complicity with law breaking state college officials - denying aid due to the federal ‘SAP’ statute when the student holds a 3.85qpa? SUNY officials ‘choose’ to misapply the statute if a student questions their practice of defrauding FAFSA through juggling student’s majors to remain ‘eligible’ for grants/loans - all so SUNY can continue collecting fed funds and FAFSA refuses to investigate.
